Growing up, I have fond memories of making sticky honey joys with my mom. These sweet little morsels are so tasty, crispy, sticky, delicious and ADDICTIVE!
All you need is cornflakes, honey, sugar, butter and my secret ingredient, MAPLE SYRUP! 🍁

- 500 gram Kellogg cornflakes
- 60 gram unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 150C.
2. Line muffin pan with paper cases.
3. In a wok/ pan, melt the butter and add the honey. Then pour cornflakes and maple syrup. Stir well to coat.
4. Working quickly spoon into paper patty cases. Bake in a slow oven 150°C for 5 to 6 minutes.
