This beef steak marinade is super easy to pull together and you probably have most of these ingredients in your pantry. Get ready for a juicy and tender steak.

400g to 600g Sirloin, Rib-eye

1/3 cup olive oil
3 to 4 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons soft butter
1/4 cup fresh coriander or parsley

Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
pinch of red pepper

1. Add steaks to a resealable zip lock bag or large bowl and combine soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried herbs, pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, fresh coriander or parsley and butter. Marinate for 3 hours or overnight.

2. Turn the skillet to high heat. Add the steaks. Cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until outside is browned. Reduce heat to medium-high. Cook the steaks to the desired doneness. OR;
Grill it on a BBQ! Mine took about 10 minutes flipping 3 times to get a medium well.

Bon appétit!
